Michael Belasco has spent a decade working in various capacities on more than $7 billion of real estate transactions spanning all asset classes and geographies throughout the USA. Most recently, Michael was a founding member and COO of Stablewood Properties, an institutionally backed real estate operator, where he set up and oversaw the company’s operations and the closing and management of 27 properties totaling more than 460,000 square feet in AUM. Before Stablewood, Michael was at Hines in San Francisco where he primarily worked on 2 high-rise mixed-use development projects totaling 2 million square feet.
Michael is also the co-founder and co-contributor of www.AdventuresInCRE.com (“A.CRE”), a commercial real estate educational website that is a resource for over a million readers annually who come to learn about commercial real estate, get career insights, and browse the largest library of free real estate financial models in the world. He also co-instructs The A.CRE Accelerator, a premier real estate financial modeling training program that has partnered with nearly 100 top universities and real estate firms and has trained more than 4,000 real estate professionals since inception.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master’s in Real Estate from Cornell University and BA in Individualized Studies from Goddard College. He lives with his wife and two sons in Newtown, PA.
